How we handle what you send us.
This notice covers the public website at auditgauge.com. AuditGauge is a product of RCS Tech LLP, Bengaluru, India ("we"). It does not cover data held inside a customer's own AuditGauge instance, which is governed by that customer's agreement with us.
What we collect
Only what you type into the demo request form: your name, work email, phone number, company, and — if you choose to give them — your role, industry and a description of what you want to fix.
This website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed and general engagement, not identifiable individuals. We also use Google Ads conversion measurement: if you arrive from one of our Google ads, a cookie records the ad click so we can tell whether a demo request came from advertising. A conversion is recorded only when a demo request is successfully submitted, not when you simply visit a page.
When you submit the demo form we also record how you found us — the website that referred you, the first page you landed on, and any campaign tags in the link — so we know which of our channels are useful. It is stored with your request and not used for anything else.
Why we collect it
To reply to your request, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about AuditGauge. We do not sell this information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it goes
Your request is recorded in RCS Tech's internal sales system and our sales team is notified. To do that we rely on a small number of service providers acting on our behalf: Cloudflare (website delivery and form handling), Mailgun (notification email) and Google Firebase (notification to our internal staff app). Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in conversation with you, and afterwards only as long as we need it for our business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. Write to [email protected], or reply to any email you receive from us.
