Compliance Management Platform
Compliance management encompasses all the tools and processes that a company implements to ensure regulatory or organisational compliances. These compliance rules may include both external regulatory and legal requirements, as well as internal policies, frameworks and bylaws. Compliance management tools help to detect violations and protect organisations from these litigation, which may affect the reputation of the organisation and incurring financial penalties for its stakeholders.
Vendors can be evaluated and on-boarded. Compliance specific data can be collected and access can be provided to procurement platform. Vendors can be rewarded for their efforts in achieving compliances in time.
Compliance tasks related to the different vendors can be assigned to vendor stakeholders. There can also be stakeholders who just view these compliances and monitor the progress.
Auditors can also be assigned to each vendor compliance. There can be multiple auditors from different geographies who can approve or reject compliance tasks in series.
Based on the due dates captured during the configuration, alerts are sent to stakeholders of approaching compliance tasks. Once these tasks are completed, alerts are sent to all stakeholders and auditors.
Once compliance tasks are done, auditors will check the documents. On their satisfaction, auditors mark compliances as approved or rejected. Rejected compliances will go back to stakeholders for remediation.
Auditors, on checking the compliance tasks, can allot a score to each compliance based on a pre-determined policy. These scores can be used in dashboards to evaluate stakeholders.

AuditGauge has completely customizable compliance modules. If the customer chooses to use a different application for a specific function, that application can be seamlessly integrated with AuditGauge using APIs or other standard protocols.
KNOWLEDGE BASE is a collation of data about the different aspects of a process. It can also contain details of assets and their technical guides and manuals. These can be uploaded into AuditGauge and can be made available for users.
DASHBOARD provides a visual representation of aspects like completed Compliances, Compliances pending, audit progress etc. These DashBoards help in visualising process flows, compliance status, people and material movements and distribution.
Our alert engine, keeps all stakeholders alerted on every task awaiting their action. Alert engine can be configured as a service scheduler to efficiently and easily manage repetitive process requirements.

Alert engine can trigger notifications with details of overdue deliverables from stakeholders. It can alert compliance staff prior to expected due dates making them prepared with relevant information.

Compliance tasks and audits that happen in pre-defined intervals can be configured to trigger alerts to stake-holders about approaching tasks.
Audit Status
Status after audits are triggered as alerts. These alerts stop once all requirements are completed.
